**Bhubaneswar:** Twin City Bhubaneswar-Cuttack’s Commissisonerate Police believes in ‘We Care, We Dare’ and Inspector-in-charge of Chandrasekharpur police station Deepak Mishra has stood true to the golden words. Cracking the Golden Baba case, getting hold of a high-profile student robber and duly returning the stolen possessions of people are only some of his feats. Mishra even started the noble trend of celebrating old people’s birthday inside police station.
And for this, Mishra was confeered with the ‘Best IIC award’ at OSAP 7th Battalion Parade Ground here on the occasion of 11th Raising Day of Twin City Police Commissionerate.
After receiving the honor, Mishra rubbished the rumors that common man was afraid of the men in khaki and said, “This is a very academic concept. People are helping and cooperating with us a lot on field.”
He further shared, “Working relentlessly for Commissionerate Police is a matter of
pride and honor for me. The fact that helping others is the first priority encourages us to work more. I hope I can take our motto ‘We Care. We Dare’ to greater heights. I firmly believe that this recognition that I have received gives me strength to become a better person first and then a better police officer.”
