World Radio Day: Sudarsan Pattnaik’s Tribute To The ‘Most Powerful Communication Tool’

Puri: Terming radio as the world’s most power communication tool, renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik sculpted a beautiful sand art along the golden sea beach of Puri on the occasion of World Radio Day today.

Along with a picture of his art, he tweeted, “Today is #WorldRadioDay ,#Radio is world’s most powerful communication tool. My SandArt at puri beach in Odisha. #WorldRadioDay 2019 around the theme of Dialogue, Tolerance, and Peace. Let us thrive the art of communication.”

His efforts were even appreciated by the country’s first media organisation. The official Twitter handle of Doordarshan tweeted the sand artist’s image and wrote, "TV gives everyone an image, but radio gives birth to a million images in a million brains" - With the theme of 'Dialogue, Tolerance and Peace'. #WorldRadioDay being celebrated Sand art by @sudarsansand. @AkashvaniAIR.”
