Will Work For Infrastructure Development In Sambalpur: BJD MP Candidate

Bhubaneswar: Sambalpur is an expanding city and there is more infrastructure projects to be carried out there, said BJD candidate for Sambalpur parliamentary constituency Nalinikanta Pradhan after meeting party supremo-cum-Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Saturday.

Briefing mediapersons, Pradhan said, "The Chief Minister has put his faith on me for some reason. Western Odisha is my own land and I am sure of good results in Sambalpur. We will be objective rather than subjective in our approach and fulfill the targets."

Many projects have been executed in Sambalpur and remaining works will also be completed, said Pradhan promising to develop the road communcation in villages under the constituency. Besides, works need to done in health, education and trasportation sectors, he added.

It is worthwhile to mention that Pradhan is the former Secretary of Odisha Works Department. He joined the BJD on March 8 soon after his superannuation from State Government service.
