Bhubaneswar: On the occasion of Holi, members of a city-based NGO, 'The Humanity' celebreated the festival with children of inmates of the 'special jail' at Jharapada here.

It was a moment of joy a large number of children at a 'special home' where these blooming buds are taken care of. They played with colours, danced and merried to the tunes of bollywood and Odia numbers and had sweets, all at the same podium.

"I come here every year to spend quality time with these children. They are very talented and have a lot of scope to shine bright. Holi is a special occasion which binds us together," Menaka, a Transgender activist said.
