Bhubaneswar: At least three persons were killed and one injured in two separate road mishaps in Odisha last night.
A driver was killed and one injured in a head-on collision between two trucks near a Kalyan Mandap at Sudpada in Bolangir district.
Reportedly, the deceased driver was waiting on the roadside for changing tyres of his truck when two other trucks coming from the opposite directions collided head-on.
While driver of one truck has been arrested, the other driver has been admitted at a nearby hospital.
Similarly in Nayagarh, two motorists were killed after the motorcycle they were riding on collided head-on with a bus near Essar Petrol Pump on Nayagarh-Daspalla road.
The deceased were identified to be residents of Talagaon village in Boudh district.
Following the accident they had been rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctor declared them brought dead.
