He added, “We are all going there led by the PCC president. We consist of over 150 party-men. Sonia Gandhi has summoned us for strengthening the organization.”

On being enquired about probable change of PCC president, pat came his reply, “All rubbish. If she would wish to change, she would. If not, she wouldn’t. It all depends on Sonia Gandhi, who would be changed, who wouldn’t be.”

“Actually she has summoned all party MLAs, all party MPs, all ex-MLAs, all ex-MPs, all party organizers, all PCC chiefs, all vice-chiefs, secretaries from across the country. The meeting is at 3 pm on August 22. She will be addressing all of us. This is being done to strengthen the party organization,” stated the senior Congressman.
