SAI International Students Donate Rs 5 Lakh To CMRF For Fani Relief

Bhubaneswar: Students of SAI International School joined the initiative to help Odisha in the aftermath of extremely severe cyclone Fani. The young students accompanied by their teachers and school staff today offered a donation of Rs 5 lakh to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.

The students of the School presented a cheque of Rs. 5 lakh to the Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at the Chief Minister’s Office led by the Chairman of SAI International  Bijaya Kumar Sahoo.

The students had an elaborate discussion in French language with Naveen Patnaik on the various social connect activities undertaken by them in the nearby areas after cyclone Fani hit the city, the school officials stated.

Earlier, SAI International organised a Community feeding at Chigrortola slum in Patia in Bhubaneswar where around 1000 inhabitants were served with healthy food, followed by clean drinking water on a daily basis till normalcy was restored in the area.
