Rs 1.62 Crore Additional Donation Received To Rebuild Odisha After FANI

Bhubaneswar: An additional donation of Rs 1.62 crore from around 26 organisations and individuals, for rebuilding Odisha after the devastating cyclone FANI, was received by the Chief Minister's Relief Fund on Thursday.

While Oriental Insurance donated Rs 1 crore, the rest amount was donated by Nabarangpur district adminisration, ANMs working under the National Health Mission, Utkalika from Saudi Arabia, Ravenshaw College Alumni, Oriya Samaj of Nigeria and others.

The total amount of donation received is Rs 1,61,54,061. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has thanked the organisations and individuals for their contribution during the time of need.
