Road Named After Martyred Police Inspector In Odisha's Keonjhar

Keonjhar: As a tribute to a brave policeman who lost his life in the line of duty, the main road of reserve police line in Keonjhar was named after him on Monday.

Inspector In Charge of Ghatagano Police Station, Dilip Kumar Sahu, had sacrificed his life on February 22, 2014, while fighting with robbers.

Sahu was chasing a gang of robbers in Karanjia area, when he got fatally wounded of gunshot and bombs and attained martyrdom.

His bravery and dedication to duty will keep inspiring all the policemen forever.
