Bhubaneswar: After the directive issued by Election Commission of India, re-polling was held in 34 booths across Odisha today. In phase-III and phase-IV polls (April 23 and 29), voting had been adjourned in these booths following alleged rigging or human error of mispairing Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha Electronic Voting Machines with their respective VVPATs. 

Re-polling was held at Saheed Nagar High School booth for Bhubaneswar Parliamentary Constituency (Lok Sabha seat) and Bhubaneswar (Central) Assembly Constituency (Vidhan Sabha seat).

Voters were seen in a beeline outside the booths to re-cast their votes. Despite doing this for the second time, people still seemed enthusiastic to take part in the festival of democracy.
