Railway Exams Postponed In Aftermath Of Cyclone FANI

Bhubaneswar: Railway Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) scheduled to be conducted on May 10 for the posts of Assistant Loco Pilot and Technicians was postponed today in the aftermath of Cyclone FANI.

The candidates appearing in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Brahmapur, Sambalpur and Balasore were informed of the same by local media, SMS and E-Mail. The exam will be held as per schedule in the other cities. 

The new date of the exams will be suitably informed to candidates through the registered email/SMS, stated reports.
It is notable to mention here that electricity infrastructure has taken a huge hit after Cyclone FANI which is acting as a hindrance in conducting of several important exams.
