Puri: A month after a cop landed into trouble for uploading pictures of Lord Jagannath temple in Puri on his Facebook wall, the interior pictures of the 12th century shrine is again going viral on social media.

A youth identified as Hitesh Sonani from Surat in Gujarat has clicked photos with his family members near Bhitar Bedha, Koili Baikuntha and Anand Bazaar inside the temple premises and uploaded it on Facebook today.

It is worth mentioning that carrying of cameras and video recording devices inside the temple is prohibited. It clearly shows the authorities’ callous attitude in maintaining adequate and strict measures to prevent such incidents.

Last month, Sub Inspector of Puri Sea Beach police station, Dilip Panda, had uploaded a photograph on his Facebook wall, where he was seen offering ‘Pinda Daana’ on the auspicious day of ‘Mahalaya’ on the ‘Bahispahacha’ (22 steps).
