Bhubaneswar: It can't be denied that cyclone FANI hit towns of Odisha have turned into an 'urban jungle' and has left no option for affected public other than adopting decades old lifestyle.

Talking to OMMCOM NEWS, a city denizen Amiya Ranjan said, "While there has been a huge loss to lives and properties due to FANI, it has also taught a lesson. It has pushed us 30-40 years back and reminded people about the forgotten items such as mat, grinding stone and other household materials."

Other denizen Santosh who had gone to purchase a grinding stone said, "We are now retaining the 30 to 40 years back experience. It is actually our tradition and culture and as a social being we need it to sustain in this society."
