Bhubaneswar: Appealing to the first time voters, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik encouraged the youth to come out in large numbers and exercise their franchise.
He tweeted, “As #VotingRound1 begins for #LokSabhaElections2019 and #OdishaElections2019, appeal all voters of Berhampur, Kalahandi, Nabarangpur & Koraput, especially first time voters to come out in large numbers to cast their votes to build glorious future for #Odisha and the country”
The first-phase Lok Sabha and Assembly elections commenced in Odisha today from 7 am onwards. People of four Lok Sabha seats and 28 Assembly constituencies are voting today. On the other hand, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is on a campaign trail for BJD candidates in Sonepur, Bolangir and Kandhamal.
