Cuttack: Mystery shrouds the death of a woman, whose body was found inside her house in CDA area here late last night.

The deceased person has been identified as Ambika Pal.

According to her husband Narendra Pal, the neighbours and his house owner had called him last evening to inform him about some dispute in his house. He was informed that loud screams could be held from the house and the gate was locked so no one was able to intervene. Narendra rushed to the spot and found his wife dead on the spot.

He later lodged a complaint at the Markatnagar police following which the cops detained the woman’s step-daughter and nephew on suspicion of murder over family feud.
