Odisha To Open 6 More ADJ Courts

Bhubaneswar: Odisha government will be soon opening Additional District & Sessions Judge Courts in six places informed Law Minister Pratap Jena here today.

These places are Cuttack, Bhadrak, Nilagiri, Pattamundai, Udala, and Khariar.

"We are immediately going to open Additional District & Sessions Judge Courts in six places.

These places are Cuttack, Bhadrak, Nilagiri, Pattamundai, Udala, and Khariar," revealed Jena speaking to reporters here.

Jena said that the State government will be taking steps to open more courts for quick disposal of pending cases and faster delivery of justice to the litigants.

Moreover, the State government has further planned to open Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Courts in each and every block of the State.

"We have planned to open JMFC courts in each and every block" stated Jena.
