Odisha: Three Killed, Four Critical In Separate Wall Collapse Incidents

Bhubaneswar: Three people were killed and four were left injured in separate incidents of wall collapse due to incessant rainfall in Puri, Balasore, Kendrapada, and Keonjhar. Several districts across the State have been witnessing heavy rainfall with occasional thunderstorm due to a low pressure over the West Central Bay of Bengal.

In Puri, Kumbhakar Nijog’s Secretary Rasananda Bisoi passed away in a wall collapse incident.

An elderly man died and his wife suffered critical injuries after a major part of the wall of their house collapsed at Ganeswarpur village under Aul police limits in Kendrapara district.

In yet another incident, a man was killed and his four-year-old daughter was critical after wall collapse at Bhadua village under Raibania police limits in Balasore district last night.
