Odisha Records 72% Polling In Phase-II Polls

Bhubaneswar: After collecting data from all inacessible internet-shadow areas, the office of Chief Electoral Office recorded 72% polling in the State during second phase elections on Thursday.

Constituency-wise the polling percentages are as follows: 

Bargarh - 77.57

Bolangir - 72.42

Kandhamal - 72.88

Sundergarh - 71.44

Aska - 66.30

As informed earlier, Chief Electoral Officer Surendra Kumar has recommended re-polling in 6 booths due to 'human error' of cross-matching between EVM and VVPAT machines. The 

It is notable to mention here that 5 Lok Sabha and 35 Assembly seats of Odisha polled in the second phase on Thursday. In phase-I, Odisha had recorded 73.76% polling.
