Bhubaneswar: Chairman Odisha Skill Development Authority (OSDA) Subroto Bagchi today termed the one-day workshop of the State Police on implementation of 'Mo Sarkar' as a 'call for change', which is yet to happen anywhere in the whole of India.
"I feel this is a call for change. The way the workshop was conducted today, the kind of participation it had is a great thing," said Bagchi briefing the media soon after attending the one-day workshop of the Odisha Police on implementation of 'Mo Sarkar' as a special guest here.
He said that Odisha Police has not only earned a place of pride for itself not only in the State but has also earned similar praise from people coming from different parts of the world for their dutifulness, smartness and concern for citizens.
"I will hope that the workshop held today is not limited to itself and will be continued and taken forward to every nook and corner of our State," he added.
The OSDA Chairman further hoped that the State Police will present Odisha as an example of a civilized State.
