Odisha: Infant’s Severed Head Devoured By Street Dogs

21 June 2019

Bolangir:  An appaling scene was witnessed by the locals of Odisha’s Bolangir district when a stray dog was found feeding on the severed head of an infant on Friday morning. This incident occurred near hospital at Rajaranipada.

However, it is unclear how the dogs got the body part of the newborn. At least 3 dogs were captured on camera, while one had the severed head in it’s clutches.

More shocking was the fact that the locals did not even stop the dog from consuming the head, nor did they lodge any complaint with the police.
