Odisha Govt's Topmost Priority Is To Stop COVID-19 From Blowing Into Epidemic

Bhubaneswar: The State government is primarily focusing on three priorities in view of the emerging situation arising out of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak which has become a global pandemic, informed Odisha government's chief spokesperson on COVID-19 Management.

"The three priorities of the State government are, first and topmost priority is to stop COVID-19 from becoming an epidemic in the State at any cost; second to build additional capacities outside the existing hospitals or the health care system, the third priority is to ensure free and smooth movement of goods carriers transporting essential commodities," stated Bagchi addressing the scheduled presser on COVID-19 preparedness, management and monitoring at the Geeta Govinda Sadan here.
