Malkangiri: While some officials find excuses to evade and avoid work, there are a few who set examples for all. We are talking about one such official today who has been braving harsh weather and adverse terrain of ‘Swabhiman Anchal’ Malkangiri in his line of duty.

Sadhan Sarkar, the Cluster Resource Centre Coordinator (CRCC) of Papermetla village, has been taking a boat across Chitrakonda reservoir, followed by hiking through rocky terrain and finally riding a horse to make sure that he fulfils his duty. As a CRCC, Sarkar must visit schools within his jurisdiction. And he has been doing everything he possibly can to do justice to his responsibility.

Sarkar’s dedication has been giving the locals the much-needed hope and a huge inspiration to his colleagues.
