Cuttack: Governor-cum-Chancellor of universities in Odisha, Prof. Ganeshi Lal, today visited the Ravenshaw University in Cuttack and released the UG results.

While a total of 1379 students had appeared for the UG examinations this year, 1181 out of them secured pass marks out of which 666 are femal and 515 are male. With this the pass percentage stands at 85.64 per cent with 56.39 per cent female and 43.60 per cent male.

Pragati Ganatra was declared as the Best Graduate in Regular Courses after securing 89.64 per cent, while Naurin Feroz was declared the Best Graduate in Professional Courses after securing 84.80 per cent.

The Governor also took stock of various development projects at the University along with the restoration works after cyclone FANI, in presence of Vice Chancellor Prof. Ishan Kumar Patro and Principal Secretary to Governor Madhusudan Padhi.
