Odisha: Dacoits Pose For Selfies After Looting Commuters In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Attack commuters, loot them of their valuables, terrorise them and finally click selfies with the petrified victims. The pattern of crime has been talk of the town after a series of such incidents have occurred over the past one week in Bhubaneswar.

Most of the incidents have taken on Khandagiri - SUM Hospital - Rental Square route at the late night. The gang is now on a loot spree which has unleashed terror among people. The criminals have looted cash worth Rs 1.5 lakh, gold ornaments and mobile phones in four separate incidents in the past 48 hours, said sources.

"The attackers are bike-borne, their faces remain covered and they are armed with sharp weapons and firearms. They take pictures after attacking and looting," a victim said. Khandagiri police have registered a case and launched a manhunt for the criminals, sources added.
