Bhubaneswar: The scheduled visit of BJD supremo-cum-Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik to Baladevjew Temple in Kendrapara ahead of the election in Patkura is entirely non-political said party's local MLA Shashi Bhusan Behera on Sunday.

Behera said the Chief Minister had gone for the darshan of Baladevjew during the recent polls and had visited the Lord Jagannath Temple after declaration of the results. Therefore as tomorrow is Snana Purnima he will go for darshan of Baladevjew.

However, Sambalpur MLA and senior BJP leader Jayanarayan Mishra said leaders visiting constituencies during election is common. BJP candidate for Patkura is active in the region and Manmohan Samal has been handed over the charge of the assembly constituency.
