Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has lauded the District Collector of Nuapada, Dr Poma Tudu, for her dedication to serve the people. She had scaled a 4 km hilly stretch to reach the Samatapadar village and redressed the grievances of the residents.

CM Naveen Patnaik tweeted in his personal twitter handle citing the post by OMMCOM NEWS.

Dr Poma Tudu was informed about the tweet by OMMCOM NEWS and she got elated.

“It is certainly very encouraging and now it is more important that whatever issues we have seen there have to be executed as soon as possible,” she reacted talking over phone to OMMCOM NEWS.

She even informed that the work to connect the village by a road will be started within a week, as Rs 65 lakhs has already been allocated for it.

According to her, " The government schemes are taking time to reach there because it is inaccessible and the villagers are facing problems due to it."
