Odisha CM Launches 'MadhuApp'

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today launched 'MadhuApp', a learning smartphone application for school children.

Students can download this mobile phone App started by the Ganjam district administration which aims to aid school children in learning their lessons taught in school classrooms through videos and learn as well as practice their lessons.

On the occasion of the launching of this smartphone application named after Utkal Gourab Madhusudan Das, Patnaik interacted with students from 22 blocks of Ganjam district over its features, etc through video conferencing, said an official press release issued here today.

The Chief Minister advised the students to study well and bring glory to the nation while emphasizing that there is no alternative to education.

While discussing the sacrifices made by Utkal Gourab Madhusudan Das for the Odia race with the children, Patnaik said Madhu Babu is an inspiration to all. 

Among others, School & Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Das, Chairman of Aadarsh Vidyalaya Sanghathan, Chief Secretary, Development Commissioner, Chief Advisor to the Chief Minister, School & Mass Education Secretary, and Ganjam District Collector were present.
