Odisha +2 Exams ‘Form Fill-Up’ From November 16 To 26

Bhubaneswar: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha today issued notification for filling up of forms for the Annual Higher Secondary (+2) Examinations-2019 as regular candidates for the Arts/Commerce/Science and Vocational streams.

All candidates registered in the academic session 2017-18 under CHSE, Odisha shall appear at the Annual H.S. Examinations 2019 as regular candidates.

The notification also clarified that questions will be set from the new syllabus i.e. syllabus meant for Annual H.S. Examinations 2018 and 2019. The question pattern of the previous year will remain unchanged for the Annual H.S. Examinations 2019.

1: Schedule dates for filling of forms without fine are from November 16 to November 26, 2018

2: Scheduled dates for deposit of fees are from November 17 to November 27, 2018

3: Filling of forms with a fine of Rs 50 per candidate from November 27 to November 30, 2018

4: Scheduled dates for deposit of Rs 50 fine per candidate from November 28 to December 1, 2018

5: Filling of forms with a late fine of Rs 350 per candidate from December 1 to 4, 2018

6: Scheduled dates for deposit of late fine Rs 50 per candidate from December 3 to December 5, 2018

7: Exam Form fill-up fees payable is Rs 520 for each regular candidate of Arts/Commerce/Science and Vocational streams

8: No examination form of the regular candidate for appearing at the Annual H.S. Examination-2019 shall be received after the scheduled dates as fixed by the CHSE

9: Project Work Fees for all Commerce Students (Per Elective subject with Project work registered in 2016 onwards – Rs 20

10: Practical Examination Fee (Per Practical Paper) – Rs 20

11: Change of Examination Centre – Rs 500

12: Additional Centre Charge for the candidates during or after Academic Year, 2015-16 – Rs 50 per candidate (The additional Centre Charge is payable by the candidates of institution which are newly opened having Government Recognition/Permission during or after Academic year 2015-16.
