Boudh: As many as 18 passengers sustained injuries after the bus they were traveling in hit a tree near Basudevpali on Khurda-Bolangir NH-56 here today morning. 

Reportedly, the bus was en-route Bhubaneswar from Bolangir when the driver lost control of the wheels and the vehicle hit a roadside tree. Among the injured, six passengers have sustained grievous injuries and are undergoing treatment in critical condition.

On intimation, cops reached the spot, rushed all the injured persons to Sonepur Hospital and began further probe into the incident.
