Nuapada: Odisha Vigilance sleuths on Saturday swooped down on Nuapada Kendu Leaf DFO, Laxmikant Mishra while he was accepting bribe of Rs 2.20 lakh and also conducted raid at his office and seized Rs 10 lakh .

As per sources, the Nuapada Kendu Leaf DFO has been trapped for accepting the bribe amount from ranger Parshuram Patel for clearing the bills of construction of official quarters and kendu leaf storage buildings.

According to Jeypore Vigilance SP and Vigilance DSP of Bhawanipatna arrested Mishra will be forwarded to court today.
