NITI Aayog Praises Odisha's 5T Initiative

Bhubaneswar: The NITI Aayog has praised the 5T initiative of the Odisha government. In a tweet posted on Friday, the NITI Aayog hailed Odisha's adoption of 5T model in different verticals of the education system.

"Transformation, technology, teamwork, transparency & timelines. #Odisha has adopted a 5T agenda to transform its #education system, to achieve the goal of all children at grade-appropriate learning level in a school environment that is conducive and engaging," the Central Government's policy think-tank's official Twitter handle stated.

NITI Aayog has been established by the Government of India to achieve sustainable development goals. On the other hand, Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik introduced the 5T model of governance few days after he took over as the Chief Minister for the fifth consecutive time. 5T stands for - technology, transparency, teamwork and time leading to transformation.

In one of his recent speeches, Naveen had said that people are the soul of democracy. "The hallmark of good governance is citizen satisfaction. Mo Sarkar is an important transformative initiative under the 5T Charter of governance. Under the 5T charter we will take the Governance to the next level towards an empowered Odisha," the Chief Minister had said.
