Naveen Patnaik Entrusts Senior BJD Leaders With New Responsibilities

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister and supremo of ruling Biju Janata Dal Naveen Patnaik today entrusted senior party leaders with new responsibilities.

Bolangir MP Kalikesh Narayan Singh Deo has been appointed as Observer and BJD Candidate for Lanjigarh Assembly Constituency Pradip Kumar Disari as Co-Observer for Pallahara Assembly Constituency  with immediate effect.

It is notable to mention here that Pallahara Assembly seat under Dhenkanal Lok Sabha seat is going to polls in the third phase on April 23.

Satyabrata Patra of Nimapara Assembly constituency has been appointed as BJD State General Secretary and Smruti Prakash Nanda as BJD State Secretary. 

Similarly, Mandakini Kar and Elina Dash has been appointed as Co-Observers for Jatni assembly constituency and Working President of BJD Cuttack District Unit Prafulla Singh has been appointed as Co-Observer for Patkura assembly constituency.

Patnaik has also revoked the expulsion order of Hara Prasad Sahu of Ganjam District and  appointed him as Co-Observer for Begunia Assembly constituency with immediate effect.
