Naveen Patnaik Announces BJD Candidate For Champua Assembly Seat

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister cum supremo of Biju Janata Dal Naveen Patnaik declared Minakshi Mahanta as the candidate from Champua Assembly constituency for the upcoming Assembly polls.

As per the communique by BJD, "Hon'ble President Biju Janata Dal Sri Naveen Patnaik today declared that Smt. Minakshi Mahanta will contest from Champua Assembly constituency of Keonjhar as BJD MLA candidate." Champua is set to go on polls in the third phase i.e April 23.

It is notable to mention here that BJD is yet to announce its candidates for Kendrapara and Baripada assembly seats.
