Mo Sarkar Impact: Odisha CM Upgrades Bhadrak DHH To 300-Bedded Hospital

Bhubaneswar: In a major decision to boost healthcare services in Bhadrak, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik accorded approval for the new building of district headquarter hospital.

The proposed building will be a seven-storeyed, 300-bedded hospital. The current hospital at Bhadrak (DHH) can accommodate 191 indoor patients.

The decision was taken by the CM after reviewing the report of 'Mo Sarkar' team which visited the Bhadrak DHH recently. The CM also announced a rest shed for attendants which will be built at a cost of Rs 20 lakh.

Besides, additional counters will be opened for registration of outdoor patients and the parking area will be expanded at Bhadrak DHH. Today the Chief Minister sanctioned Rs 15 lakh from the CMRF for the Rogi Kalyan Samiti of Bhadrak district.
