Reportedly, Raghunath Guru of Manikarnika Sahi in Puri was returning home after withdrawing Rs 2.45 lakh from VIP Road branch of State Bank of India when two bike-borne miscreants snatched the bag containing the cash and fled from the spot.

In another incident, Debendra Swain from Balasore had arrived at Puri today morning and was resting at the sea beach when some miscreants arrived at the spot and forcibly snatched his mobile phone.
