**Bhubaneswar: ** As mystery shrouded over the alleged gang rape meted out with a tribal school girl of Kunduli in tribal-dominated district of Koraput in October last year, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had ordered for a judicial probe after the Crime Branch investigation revealed that there had been no rape attempt as per the medical reports.
As per the formal notification issued today by the State Government, the District and Sessions Judge of Koraput will head the judicial commission and submit report of its probe findings within three months.
Amid the raging controversy and political hullabaloo, the Chief Minister had eventually ordered for a judicial probe into the sensational incident as the victim girl and her family members, especially her mother, have been sticking to their guns of gangrape committed by four armed men in uniform and claim to easily identify the alleged culprits.
