Jajpur: Senior BJP leader and incumbent Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh today campaigned for his party’s MP and MLA candidates for the Jajpur Lok Sabha constituency.

As simultaneous elections for the Jajpur Lok Sabha seat and all its assembly seats will be held on April 29, the fourth and final phase in Odisha, Rajnath canvassed for votes for Bari BJP MLA candidate Biswa Ranjan Mallick, Jajpur BJP MLA candidate Goutam Ray and Jajpur BJP MP candidate Amiya Mallick.

Addressing the voters at a poll meeting in Bari, Rajnath promised that BJP Government if formed at Centre will assures that everyone in the country will have access to pucca houses and LPG cylinder by 2020.

He also criticized that Ayushman Bharat Yojana has been implemented in the entire country but the BJD Government in Odisha is not implementing it in the State.

He also accused that Odisha has not developed even though the BJD Government has been ruling for the last 20 years.

“Give BJP 5 years and we’ll make Odisha the No.1 State,” promised the Union Home Minister.
