Bhubaneswar: The hosts Indians and visiting team West Indies had a pleasant stay in the Twin City during their tour to the State. Players, coaches, managers and support staff of both the teams were very happy while bidding an adieu to the City on Monday, said Mayfair Group's Executive Director Soubhagya Mohapatra.
While the players were accommodated in Mayfair Lagoon during their stay for the Barabati ODI, they spent most of their time in the gym and on ground at Cuttack. "We took utmost care in providing food to our guests both at the hotel and on ground. On a daily basis there was an Odia cuisine on the breakfast menu which most of them relished," said Mohapatra.
He added that the Indian team was looked tired after clinching the Barabati ODI and the series at Cuttack. "They did not have any celebrations at the hotel and most of that part was done at the dressing room. The players had a flight to catch in the morning and left Bhubaneswar on a happy note," he added.
