Nayagarh: Police busted an illegal arms factory and arrested one person from Gopinathpur village in Nayagarh district on Friday night.

Acting on a tip off, a police team led by Nayagarh SDPO had conducted raid on the factory and arrested one Sudhir Behera (21).

Police seized four country-made guns, one country-made pistol, various explosive materials and other equipments used for manufacturing the weapons from Behera’s possession.

Reportedly, Behera had learned manufacturing the weapons from his grandfather and was involved in the business since last one year.
