Cuttack: As India aims to register another comprehensive series win against the Lankans in the iconic Barabati Stadium of the millennium city, the frenzied fans have already to witness the Men In Blue play an action-packed cricket match.

The fans are full of energy, with painted cheeks in tricolor and sporting bands displaying their solidarity towards their national team.

“I am camping here since 9 o’clock in the morning cheering for my team and am enjoying every bit of it,” cried out a fan.

Cricket lovers have transcended the borders of State to witness this match. Putting on a jersey of his favourite player Rohit Sharma, young Som from Samastipur of Bihar said, “This is my first live match and it feels like being in heaven right now. I am a big fan of Rohit Sharma and want to be cricketer like him in future.”

“India is in great form and will definitely win this match. Shikhar Dhawan will play really well. If India crosses the 100 mark, it will surely register a win,” said Amar Kumar Yadav from Bihar.

India will face-off Sri Lanka in the opener of the three-match T20 International series at the Barabati Stadium here on Wednesday starting at 7 pm.
