Bhubaneswar: Former MLA of Kakatpur Rabi Mallick today resigned from the ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD). In his resignation letter addressed to the BJD president, he has mentioned that he tenders his resignation from the primary membership of BJD.

Mallick has earlier on April 1 tendered his resignation from being Member of Odisha State Planning Board (OSPB).

Addressing his resignation letter, dated 1.4.2019, to Odisha Chief Minister & OSPB Chairmain Naveen Patnaik, he has mentioned, “I Sri Rabi Mallick, Member, State Planning Board, tender my resignation from State Planning Board w.e.f 01.04.2019 forenoon. My resignation may please be accepted and obliged.”
