Disney India Contributes Rs 2 Crore For Restoration Works In FANI-Hit Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Extending a helping hand, Disney India today contributed Rs 2 crore for relief and restoration works in Cyclone FANI affected areas of Odisha.

The donation will be channeled through Save the Children non-profit organisation that will provide shelter and basic needs to affected families. The organisation will also work in cyclone shelters and temporary camps.

“Our hearts go out to those affected by this severe cyclonic storm Fani. The families and communities impacted by this devastating calamity need our support as they begin to rebuild,” Sanjay Gupta, Country Manager, Star and Disney India, said in a statement.

“Through our contribution, we hope to help the families affected as they recover from this cyclone,” Gupta added.
