Cuttack City Biju Yuva Bahini Donates Rs 30 K Collected From Public To Chief Minister’s Relief Fund

Cuttack: As Odisha has been reeling under the scars left behind by the devastating Cyclone FANI and the Odisha Government has already initiated its efforts for Rebuild Odisha, Biju Yuva Vahini volunteers of this millennium city came forward to collect donations from the public and donated it to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.

Talking to OMMCOM NEWS, Cuttack city’s Ward No 24 based Biju Juva Bahini adviser said, “Today we came here to donate Rs 30,001 to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) through the Collector. During the FANI cyclone we stood by the people as per our ability.”

He added, “We collected the sum from the generous households by moving from door to door and today we assimilated the amounts collected and deposited in shape of draft. Today we handed over to the Collector.”

“We feel quite happy by dedicating ourselves to the social cause,” the Biju Yuva Vahini adviser remarked.
