Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government today directed that all banks and insurance companies operating in the State will work with 10 per cent of their employee strength in respective offices.
All non-essential institutions and organisations of the State Governement and Central Government including Public Sector Undertakings, banks and insurance companies will be working with 10 per cent employees.
"The chief or Head of the concerned organisation will have to furnish details about the employees who will be working during this period. Besides, they will be given vehicle passes to commute during the lockdown," said Subroto Bagchi, Chief Spokesperson of Odisha's COVID-19 Management team.
The organisation heads will need to communicate with the local police station about the employees who will work during lockdown and the vehicle which would be used. Accordingly, they will be given passes for movement, said Bagchi.
