CISF Personnel Donate Rs 1 Lakh For Cyclone Aid

Bhubaneswar: With a view to support and assist the government in relief and restoration operations in the aftermath of the Cyclone Fani, a team from Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) Unit Bhubaneswar Airport donated Rs 1 lakh today.

The team met Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today at his office in State Secretariat and handed over a Demand Draft of Rs 1,00,000/- drawn in favour of CM's Relief Fund, Odisha. The amount was contributed by CISF/BPIA personnel voluntarily.

Thanking the CISF personnel for the generous effort, the Chief Minister also appreciated the good work done by CISF at Bhubaneswar Airport.

Similarly, Bhubaneswar-based Khimji Jewellers also donated Rs 25 lakhs to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) today as the private firm’s generous gesture towards post Cyclone FANI relief, restoration and Rebuild Odisha measures.
