Brothers Run Over By LPG-Laden Truck In Odisha's Nayagarh

Nayagarh: Two brothers were killed after the bike they were travelling on was hit by a truck laden with LPG on NH-57 near Lunisara village under Nuagaon block of Nayagarh district on Saturday.

The deceased identified as Ramesh Nayak and Ganesh Nayak were on their way to their village Sorda when the truck on its way to Nayagarh rammed into the bike.

After the accident, the truck driver escaped from the spot with the vehicle and reportedly surrendered at Nuagaon police station.

On the other hand, irate locals have blocked the national highway by placing the bodies on middle of the road. Police have reached the spot for further probe into the incident.
