Bhubaneswar/Puri: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik slammed the Centre today for having failed Odisha on many fronts including Mahanadi and Polavaram.

Taking a dig at BJP National president Amit Shah's speech at Puri, Naveen said that it is upon the people of Odisha to decide which Government would stay and which one would be thrown away.

"We should wait for the election results. The people of Odisha will bless us, as usual, with large number of seats (in 2019 elections)," Naveen said, adding that BJP’s Mission-120 was ‘absolutely absurd’.

Earlier in the day, addressing the Adibasi Adhikar Samabesh in Puri, Shah had said that BJD is the B-Team of Congress.

Responding to Shah's statement, Naveen said, "We are an A-Team on our won, equidistant from the BJP and the Congress."

In a riposte to Shah's ‘fused transformer’ remark, Naveen said, "the people of Odisha would decide which Government transformed the State and which one is a fused transformer."
