Bhubaneswar: Unidentified miscreants on Wednesday night mutilated BJP posters which had images of senior leaders of the party including National vice-president Baijayant Panda. BJP State vice-president Samir Mohanty had moved the Election Commission on this matter and today a formal complaint was filed with DCP Bhubaneswar Anup Sahoo.

According to the complaint, some miscreants affixed the photographs of fugitives Vijay Mallya and Nirav Modi on BJP hoardings erected on the Nandan Kanan road. "This has not only tarnished the image of the party but also of our National vice-president," Mohanty said. The BJP leaders have demanded action on this issue
