Bhubaneswar: In happy news for Odia settled in Gujarat’s Surat, the business hub is soon going to be connected with Bhubaneswar. The connectivity will begin from January 20, 2019.
Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi shared the news via her Twitter handle in which she also posted the letter from Air India to the Airport Authority of India’s office at the Capital’s Biju Patnaik International Airport.

Finally, we have Bhubaneswar- Surat flight w.e.f. 20th January, 2020 .

The flights run by Air India will fly twice a week two ways. The tentative timings are:
On Monday and Thursday:
Bangalore-Bhubaneswar: 6.10 am /8.10 am
Bhubaneswar-Surat: 8.40 am/10.40 am
Surat-Bangalore: 11.10 am/1.10 pm
On Friday and Sunday:
Bangalore-Surat: 6.10 am/8 am
Surat-Bhubaneswar: 5.30 am/10.30 am
Bhubaneswar-Bangalore: 11.10/1.10 pm
While the IT hub of Bangalore already has flight connectivity with the Capital city, the new flight is expected to help with the traffic.
