Bhubaneswar DCP, Ganjam SP Promoted As DIG

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Government on Friday promoted six IPS officers to the ranks of Deputy Inspector General (DIG) and Inspector General (IG) of police respectively.

As per the State Government’s Home Department notification, Bhubaneswar DCP Satyabrata Bhoi, Ganjam SP Asish Singh and other two Odisha cadre IPS officers Deepak Kumar and Nitinjeet Singh have been promoted to the DIG rank.

Similarly, senior Odisha cadre IPS officers Yatindra Koyal and Prateek Mohanty have been promoted from DIG to IG rank.
